Sales Support Executive (French Speaking)

Job Introduction

The role sits within Distribution – Continental Europe, reporting to the Head of Continental Europe and working closely with the Head of International Sales Support.  The Sales Support Executive will be primarily responsible for managing the relationship with our Third-Party Marketer (TPM) in France / BeLux.  As part of a wider global client service team the role will also provide support to Sales Managers covering other countries/regions across different client channels. The role will also have responsibility for assisting with the management of key platforms servicing clients based outside of the UK.

Role Responsibility


  • Provide sales support to Sales Managers at Third-Party Marketer, including handling client queries and regular monthly reporting
  • Provide a first-class client service to Jupiter clients
  • Organise conference calls with clients and portfolio managers, host client meetings at headquarters
  • Coordinate with TPM and prepare analysis to support business development proposals in the FRABELUX market
  • Support Sales Director(s) during take-on of new business as well as proving ongoing service
  • Provide internal Management Information as required
  • Maintain up to date, accurate, records of client activities in Jupiter’s CRM system
  • Assist in the coordination of events and marketing initiatives
  • General administration tasks including operational coordination of account allocation and commission payment to clients; communicate with operations ahead of client commission payment for management of accruals; coordination of legal agreement negotiation and signature

The Ideal Candidate

  • Native French speaker, fluent in english
  • Proven experience working within a client service team within a financial organisation
  • Good understanding of financial markets and of asset management products
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong team player with proven ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues across the organisation
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated
